How?

We only require an application once. If you meet our basic criteria, we will enter you into our database along with your skills and qualifications. Then, every time we get a new position you will be evaluated alongside the requirements of that specific job. If you are a potential fit, we make sure you go through the necessary steps and move forward in the hiring process, and hopefully land the perfect job for you. Think of us as a matchmaking service for employers and local applicants!

Worried that we won’t have positions that fit what you’re looking for? We (respectfully) disagree, because we work with employers of all types throughout the Central Florida area. From salaried, management or professional positions wth bigger companies, to starter jobs on the warehouse floor with hourly pay, we have something for everyone. Finally, to make things even easier (and less scary) for you as the applicant, we offer a 90 day probation period. That means you are hired with PHR, not the new employer, for the first 90 days on the job. Your pay, paperwork, etc. will be done through us as you learn the ropes and get to know the job with hands on experience. If it’s not a good fit, it’s easy to bow out and let us know you need something different. If it is a good fit, you simply continue forward, and at the end of the 90 days, the employer will take over responsibility for you as an employee and you will hopefully continue to grow and thrive in your new career.
