Salary Starting pay $17 per hour, based on experience.
Job Description
Seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to assist with daily
warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift
operation. This position requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack products for customer orders and shipments.
- Operate a forklift approximately 50% of the workday.
- Load and unload inventory, including palletized/shrink-wrapped products and
individual items requiring preparation. - Load and unload standard box trucks at the loading dock.
- Prepare packages and units for freight shipment.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading incoming orders.
- Stock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Occasionally use scales to weigh packages or products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Performance evaluation will take place after 90 days.

Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Good basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely perform picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stocking duties.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment. - Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Shipping and receiving experience is helpful.
