Job Janitorial/Custodial Worker

Days Monday – Friday
Hours 6:30 AM – 3:00PM
Salary $16.45/hour
Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to learn proper cleaning methods, equipment use, and safety procedures.
- Must be able to safely perform physical custodial duties and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Description
Local employer seeking applicant for a janitorial/custodial position. Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Clean floors, carpets, walls, windows, restrooms, and other areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and empty trash.
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
- Operate basic custodial equipment and use cleaning products safely.
- Report maintenance or repair needs.
- Respond to on-call assignments when required.
