Hours 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (9 AM -12 PM on rotating Saturday shift)
Salary Starting pay $17-$18 per hour, based on experience.
Job Description
Seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service to
customers in person and over the phone for HVAC. This role requires a dependable,
organized individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering
professional customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in person and over
the phone. - Prepare product quotes, including freight costs, and assist with order inquiries.
- Research and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and claims.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customers receive timely and effective
support.
Higher starting pay may be available for candidates with relevant HVAC knowledge and experience. Performance evaluation will take place after 90 days.
