In Polk County, gated communities are plentiful, and if they have clubhouses, they are a popular site for holding and hosting job fairs and similar events. At PHR Staffing Solutions we are huge fans of job fairs, since they give potential employees and employers a set time and place for accepting applications in a large number instead of having them trickle in slowly. While a “slow and steady” method is definitely effective, some positions need to be filled quickly, and a job fair can be a great way to accomplish that goal!
