Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Friday
Days: Monday through Friday
Position Description:
Lakeland company needs to hire immediately an A/P Clerk with some A/R experience
Invoice coding, matching vendor invoices with PO's, and process for payment
Setting up vendors, verify/enter W-9 information, print and mail checks
Answer phones
Journal entries
Heavy contact with field offices
Position Qualifications:
3 years minimum A/P experience
Intermediate proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Solid communication skills (both verbal and written)
Prefer construction industry experience and/or Associates in Business Degree
No interviews or applications without a resume
Clean background, solid work history, and submit to pre-employment drug screening
